摘  要:目的:研究颞叶脑回在横切面上与髓突的对应规律,为影像学定位脑回奠定解剖学基础。方法:取正常人颅脑标本,用水彩颜料对颞叶各脑回染以不同颜色,做平行于眦耳线、层厚6mm的横切脑片。选取其中能切到颞叶脑回的典型层面,通过染色确认颞叶各脑回,观察、测量、统计对应髓突的数目、方向等形态特点。结果:脑横切面上,颞叶脑回对应的髓突数目,绝大多数为1支,极少数为2支;对应的髓突方向,也是固定的。结论:在脑横切面上,通过髓突定位脑回是可行、可靠的。在一定方向上的1~2支髓突对应的皮质,即为相应的颞叶脑回。Objective:To study the corresponding rules between the gyri of lobi temporalis and medullary processes on cross sections,and provide anatomic basis for locating gyri by medullary processes in imaging.Methods:20 normal cadaver heads were transected into brain slices with thickness of 6 mm parallel to canthomeatal line after dyeing lobi temporalis gyri with water colour.Typical planes with lobi temporalis gyri were observed,and gyri was made out by dyeing.The number and direction of the corresponding medullary processes were observed,measared and analyzed statistically.Results:There was 1 process for most of the lobi temporalis gyri,with the direction of medullary processes being regular.Conclusion:Locating lobi temporalis gyri by medullary processes is feasible and reliable on cross sections.
