摘 要:为探究急性低温胁迫对史氏鲟(Acipenser schrenckii)幼鱼抗氧化和免疫指标的影响,将实验鱼从23℃水中直接转入11、17和23℃(对照组)水中,2 h后再转至23℃水中进行恢复,并于0、3、6、12、24、48 h时取样检测各项指标。结果显示:在抗氧化指标中,11℃组SOD、CAT活性、GSH含量和MDA含量随恢复时间的变化趋势与17℃组基本相同,即呈波浪式变化,但其趋势变化的时间拐点明显滞后于17℃组。23℃组SOD、CAT活性和MDA含量逐渐增加,GSH含量则呈波浪式变化。各温度组T-AOC活性随时间的增加基本均呈先升后降的趋势。免疫指标中,11℃组和17℃组LZM活性随恢复时间增加呈波浪式变化,但11℃组趋势变化的时间拐点明显滞后于17℃组; Ig M含量均呈先下降后升高的趋势; 23℃组LZM活性和Ig M含量随着恢复时间的延长呈缓慢增加的趋势。结果表明,急性低温胁迫对史氏鲟幼鱼肝脏机能产生了显著的不利影响,并对其抗氧化防御能力和免疫机能产生了较大影响。Acute low temperature stress test were detected to investigate the effects on antioxidative and immune indices of juvenile Acipenser schrenckii.The experimental fish were directly transferred from water temperature 23℃to 11,17 and 23℃(23℃was the control group),and then transferred back to 23℃after 2 hours.The samples were collected at 0,3,6,12,24 and 48 h.The results showed that the variation trend of the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity,catalase(CAT)activity,glutathione(GSH)content and malondialdehyde(MDA)content in the 11℃group was basically similar with that in the 17℃group,which showed a change in waves.However,the time inflection point of the variation trend in 11℃group was obvious lagged behind that of the 17℃group.The SOD,CAT activity and MDA content in 23℃group present to be first increased then descend gradually.The GSH content changed in waves.The total antioxidant capacity(T-AOC)activity in each temperature group increased with the passage of recovery time and then decreased.Among the immune indices,the lysozyme(LZM)activity in the 11℃group and the 17℃group showed wave-like change with the passage of recovery time,but the time inflection point of 11℃group trend was obviously lagged behind that of the 17℃group.The immunoglobulin M(IgM)content first decreased then increased.The LZM activity and IgM content in 23℃group increased slowly with the passage of recovery time.The results suggested that acute low temperature stress had a significant adverse effect on the liver function of juvenile A.schrenckii,and had a great impact on its antioxidant defense ability and immune function.
