摘  要:采用KMnO_4氧化金属有机框架材料ZIF-8配体上的苄基制得MnO_2@ZIF-8(2-IC)材料,同时部分苄基被氧化成羧基(—COOH),通过X线粉末衍射(XRD)、红外光谱(IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等表征手段对材料的结构及形貌特征进行解析.使用三电极体系,以6 mol/L的氢氧化钾(KOH)为电解液进行MnO_2、ZIF-8、MnO_2@ZIF-8(2-IC)的循环伏安(CV)、充放电、电化学阻抗及循环寿命测试.结果显示,MnO_2@ZIF-8(2-IC)在不同扫描速率下测得的CV表现出典型的氧化还原反应特性和良好的可逆性,经过2 000次循环后比容量仍可以稳定在543 mAh/g左右,显示出很高的电容特性.The MnO 2@ZIF-8(2-IC)material was prepared through the KMnO 4 oxidizing the benzyl group of the metal-organic framework material ZIF-8 ligand,and some benzyl groups were oxidized to carboxyl groups(COOH).The X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),infrared spectroscopy(IR),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and other characterization methods were used to analyze the structure and morphology of the material.Cyclic voltammetry(CV),charge and discharge,electrochemical impedance and cycle life tests of MnO 2,ZIF-8,MnO 2@ZIF-8(2-IC)were carried out using a three-electrode system and 6 mol/L KOH as the electrolyte.The results show that the CV measured of MnO 2@ZIF-8(2-IC)at different scanning rates exhibits typical redox reaction characteristics and excellent reversibility.After 2 000 cycles,the specific capacity can still be stabilized at 543 mAh/g,which shows very high capacitance characteristics.
