摘  要:回弹与起皱是弯曲件成形过程中最大的质量问题.以典型的L形件弯曲成形工艺参数为研究对象,设计正交试验,并利用Dynaform有限元分析软件对弯曲件成形过程进行数值模拟,分析压边力变化时长占比、最小压边力、最大压边力以及凹模圆角半径对弯曲件成形质量的影响规律.以成形裕度为约束条件,回弹角、起皱波纹度为参考指标,基于数值模拟与极差计算结果,得到弯曲成形最优工艺参数.模拟验证结果为回弹角控制在0.3°以内,波纹度控制在0.773%左右,最大限度地减少了工件形位尺寸误差.Springback and wrinkling are the biggest quality problems during the forming process of bending parts.Taking bend forming process parameters of typical L-shaped parts as the study object,the orthogonal test was designed,and the numerical simulation of forming process of bending parts was carried out by using Dynaform finite element analysis software.The influence of blank holder force change length ratio,minimum blank holder force,maximum blank holder force and die fillet radius on the forming quality for bending parts were analyzed.Taking the forming margin as the constraint condition,springback angle and wrinkle waviness as the reference index,the optimum process parameters of bending forming were obtained based on the results of numerical simulation and range calculation.The simulation results indicate that springback angle is controlled within 0.3 degrees and wrinkle waviness is controlled at about 0.773%,which reduces the error of workpiece shape and position to the greatest extent.
