摘 要:在用红外CCD对熔融金属进行比色测温时,为探索图像灰度和金属温度之间的关系,在对原始图像进行降噪处理后,必须对实验中获得的数据进行回归性分析。针对传统实验数据拟合方法编码方式简单,需要预先估计基准函数,拟合误差大,应用领域具有依赖性等问题,基于遗传算法动态灵活可变的特性,提出将标准的传统遗传算法进行改进。在详细分析传统遗传算法的基础上,对算法的改进做详细介绍,并针对数据拟合的典型方法(传统遗传算法以及最小二乘法)在Matlab 2012b实现该算法,针对不同方法做对比实验。实验结果表明,改进后的算法不仅可以在多种场合、多种类型的数据拟合中应用,而且收敛速度也明显提高,数据拟合的效率和精度有明显提高。In order to find the relationship between the image gray scale and metal temperature while the infrared CCD is used to perform the colorimetric temperature measurement for molten metal,it is necessary to carry out the regression analysis for the data acquired in the experiment after noise reduction of the original image.Since the traditional fitting method of experimental data has the problems of simple encoding mode,pre-estimation of benchmark function,big fitting error,and dependence of application fields,the traditional standard genetic algorithm is improved on the basis of the characteristics of dynamic and flexible genetic algorithm.By means of the detailed analysis of the traditional genetic algorithm,the improved genetic algorithm is introduced in detail,and implemented in Matlab 2012b.The proposed algorithm,traditional genetic algorithm and least square algorithm are compared in experiment.The contrast experimental results show that the improved algorithm can apply to various situations and multi-type data fitting,and has fast convergence speed,and high efficiency and accuracy of data fitting.
