摘　　要：针对近年来跨境电商业务在交易过程中存在着:贸易双方存在信用难题、货物品质良莠不齐、现行监管制度不健全等问题,利用区块链的去中心化、共识机制及安全可信的技术特征,提出一种基于区块链技术的贸易链,以解决跨境电商中的多方信任问题;再利用其公开透明及共识机制的技术特征,构建基于区块链技术的联盟链,以解决跨境电商中的质量及监管等问题,从而促进跨境电商新业态的健康发展。Recent years,the cross-border e-commerce is developed rapidly,but has some problems such as low credit between trade partners,uncertain quality of goods and poor supervision system in the transaction process.Therefore,the technical characteristics of decentration,consensus mechanism,safety and trusty of block chain are used to propose a trade chain based on block chain technology to solve the problem of multiparty trust in cross-border e-commerce.The technical characteristics of open and transparent consensus mechanism are used to construct the alliance chain based on block chain technology to solve the quality and supervision issues in cross-border e-commerce,and promote the healthy development of new commercial activity of cross-border e-commerce.
