摘 要:Ca(OH)2、H_3BO3、SiO_2作为初始原料应用固相反应法在低烧结温度下制备CaO-B_2O_3-SiO_2(CBS)介电陶瓷材料。研究了不同烧结温度和B_2O_3含量对陶瓷的致密性、介电和机械性能的影响。X射线衍射(XRD)分析表明,在875℃至975℃的温度范围内,存在主要的结晶相为β-Ca SiO_3和少量SiO_2相。结果表明,最佳烧结温度为950℃,B_2O_3含量的增加会使得烧结温度区间变窄,发生"硼反常"现象,并且致密度、介电性能和机械性能也会随之先减小后增大。并且过量的B_2O_3不利于主晶相β-Ca SiO_3的析出。当B_2O_3含量为25mol%时,在950℃烧结的试样具有最好的抗弯强度:σf=319 MPa。当B_2O_3含量为5mol%时,在950℃烧结的试样具有最好的致密性和介电性能:密度为2. 6869 g/cm^3,εr=6. 12,tanδ=7. 4×10^(-4),ρv=6. 64×10^(-4)Ω·cm (1 MHz)。CaO-SiO 2-B 2O 3(CBS)dielectric ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction method at low sintering temperature using Ca(OH)2,H 3BO 3,SiO 2 as raw materials.The effects of different sintering temperatures and B 2O 3 content on the densification and properties were thoroughly investigated.X-ray diffraction(XRD)patterns show that the major crystallineβ-CaSiO 3 and a little SiO 2 phase exists at the temperature ranging from 875℃to 975℃.The results show that the better sintering temperature is 950℃,and increasing amount of B 2O 3 narrows the interval of sintering temperature and appears the phenomenon of boron abnormality,and meanwhile the density and properties decrease at first and then increase.However,excessive B 2O 3 was not conducive to the product of the main crystalline phaseβ-CaSiO 3.The sample with 25mol%B 2O 3 sintered at 950℃has the better mechanical properties withσf of 319 MPa.The sample with 5 mol%B 2O 3 sintered at 950℃has the better densification and dielectric properties with density of 2.6869 g/cm 3,εr=6.12,tanδ=7.4×10-4,andρv=6.64×10-4Ω·cm(1 MHz).
