摘  要:通过微波辅助气-液界面法制备了WO_3/rGO复合纳米材料,并以无机盐KCl、NaCl、MgCl_2、AlCl_3为添加剂,将无机盐离子(K^+、Na^+、Mg^(2+)、Al^(3+))成功地添加到WO_3/rGO纳米材料当中,无机盐离子有效地改变了WO_3/rGO纳米颗粒的尺寸,提高了WO_3/rGO纳米材料的气敏性能。含有MgCl2添加剂的WO_3/rGO的气敏性能最好,在180℃时其对5 ppm NOx的灵敏度值可达301. 1,响应/恢复时间仅为3 s/21 s,并且将WO_3/rGO的最佳工作温度由210℃降低到了180℃。WO3/rGO nanocomposite was prepared by microwave-assisted gas-liquid interfacial method.Inorganic salts(K+,Na+,Mg 2+,Al 3+)were successfully added with inorganic salts KCl,NaCl,MgCl 2,and AlCl 3 as additives.The size of WO 3/rGO nanoparticles was effectively changed by the action of inorganic salt ions,and the gas-sensing properties of WO 3/rGO nanomaterials were improved.The gas-sensing properties of WO 3/rGO containing MgCl 2 additive is the best.The response to 5 ppm NO x can reach 301.1 at 180℃.The response and recovery time is only 3 s and 21 s,and the best work temperature of WO 3/rGO decreased from 210℃to 180℃.
