摘 要:采用水热法以FeCl_2和KOH为原料制备Fe_3O_4粉体,以氧化钇、氧化铕和氧化铽为原料制备Y_2O_3:1%Eu^(3+),5%Tb^(3+)粉体,然后以Fe_3O_4粉体,Y_2O_3:1%Eu^(3+),5%Tb^(3+)粉体和三聚氰胺为原料,采用微波烧结法在Ar气气氛下制备FeYO_3/Y_2O_3:1%Eu^(3+),5%Tb^(3+)复合粉体,利用XRD衍射仪对各种粉体的结构进行分析,利用扫描电镜对复合粉体的形貌进行观察,并利用振动样品磁强计对复合粉体的磁学性能进行研究。结果表明:复合粉体均呈针状,长度和细度均为纳米级。当Fe_3O_4,Y_2O_3:1%Eu^(3+),5%Tb^(3+)和三聚氰胺比例为1:3:4时,所制备的FeYO_3/Y_2O_3:1%Eu^(3+),5%Tb^(3+)粉体磁力最强,磁力饱和强度为11. 3 emu·g^(-1)。Fe 3O 4 powder was prepared by hydrothermal method using FeCl 2 and KOH as raw materials,then Y 2O 3∶1%Eu 3+,5%Tb 3+was prepared by using yttrium oxide,europium oxide and terbium oxide as raw materials.And then FeYO 3/Y 2O 3∶1%Eu 3+,5%Tb 3+powders were prepared by microwave sintering method using melamine and the prepared Fe 3O 4 and Y 2O 3∶1%Eu 3+,5%Tb 3+powders as raw materials under Ar atmosphere.The phase structure of the prepared powders was analyzed by XRD,the morphology of composite powders was observed by SEM(Scanning electron microscopy)and the magnetic properties of composite powders were studied by vibration sample magnetometer.The results show that when the ratio of Fe 3O 4,Y 2O 3∶1%Eu 3+,5%Tb 3+and melamine is 1∶3∶4,the magnetic saturation strength of the FeYO 3/Y 2O 3∶1%Eu 3+,5%Tb 3+powder is 11.3 emu·g-1,which is the strongest.
