摘 要:针对碱土金属氧化物对陶瓷釉面质量影响显著、复杂的实际问题,以硼熔块釉为基础配方,适量氧化铜和氧化铁为离子着色剂,系统研究了钙、镁、钡、锌、锶碱土金属氧化物(RO)对釉面质量的影响。研究结果表明:(1)不同RO组成及比例的硼熔块釉效果差异显著,制备的复合碱土熔块釉较单一碱土能显著提高釉面质量、扩大发色范围及产生分相乳浊现象;(2) Ca碱土的加入有促使Na_2O-K_2O-CaO-RO-SiO_2-B_2O_3-Al_2O_3系硼熔块釉产生较强釉面乳浊的特点,且使釉面颜色变淡变浅;(3) 1180℃烧成温度下,当釉中RO为12%方解石和12%BaCO_3,或者12%ZnO和12%SrCO_3,同时添加3%氧化铜和1%氧化铁时,易使硼熔块釉呈现局部深蓝、附带流纹的花釉效果。Aiming at the problems of alkaline component significantly affecting the quality of ceramic glaze surface,the effects of RO(calcium,magnesium,barium,zinc,strontium alkaline earth metallic oxide)on glaze quality were systematically researched on the basic formula of boron fritted glaze.In addition,adding a moderate amount of copper oxide and iron oxide as colorant.The results indicate that:(1)There were significant differences among the surface of samples with different composition and proportion of RO,the compound alkaline-earth metal oxide can improve the quality of boron fritted glaze,expanding the scope of the glaze color and produce the trend of phase-separation or opacifying.(2)The RO of calcium was easy to make the surface of Na 2O-K 2O-CaO-RO-SiO 2-B 2O 3-Al 2O 3 boron fritted glaze opacified,especially bleached the color of glaze surface out.(3)Under 1180℃sintering temperature,the formula of 12%calcite with 12%BaCO 3,or 12%ZnO with 12%SrCO 3 were easy to make the boron fritted glaze present partial blue and flow liner effect with the colorant of 3%copper oxide and 1%iron oxide.
