摘　　要：基于阿玛蒂亚·森的可行能力理论和Alkire-Foster模型构建农村留守儿童多维贫困指标,使用中国家庭追踪调查的面板数据,系统地研究农村留守儿童的多维贫困状况;使用二元选择模型进行回归,分析父母缺位是否使得农村留守儿童更容易陷入多维贫困的境地。研究发现:相对于农村非留守儿童而言,农村留守儿童在健康状况、BMI指数和家用电器方面遭遇的贫困更为严重,而父母均外出的留守儿童的健康状况和BMI指数比父母单方外出的留守儿童更差;农村留守儿童的多维贫困发生率和贫困指数均明显高于农村非留守儿童;西部地区留守儿童的贫困状况明显地比东部和中部地区更严重。此外,留守儿童多维贫困方面不存在显著的性别差异。Based on capability theory of Amartya Sen and the Alkire-Foster model,the paper constructs the multidimensional poverty index of left-behind children in China’s rural areas.We use the panel data of China Family Panel Survey to select seven poverty dimensions and study the situation of left-behind children and use the Logit regression to explain whether left-behind children in rural areas are more likely to fall into multidimensional poverty due to absence of parents.We found that rural left-behind children were more severe than rural non-left-behind children in terms of health status,BMI index and household appliances.However,the health status and BMI index of left-behind children whose parents are both out were worse.The incidence of multidimensional poverty and poverty index of left-behind children remained significantly higher than those non-left-behind children in rural.We find that the poverty situation of left-behind children in the western region is significantly worse than in the eastern and middle regions.Moreover,there was no significant gender difference in the multidimensional poverty of left-behind children.
