摘　　要：改性铵油炸药原材料之一的木粉由于本身属性的原因极易飘起扬尘,导致整个木粉工房粉尘较大,而且由于木粉需要在木粉干燥机内进行烘干处理,因此木粉干燥机必须通热蒸汽以达到烘干木粉的目的,这样热量就容易散发到木粉工房内导致整个工房作业环境温度较高,特别是夏天,作业环境温度更高,操作人员在作业过程中很容易发生中暑现象。因此宜丰国泰公司对木粉工房作业环境进行了改进,取得了良好的效果。Wood flour,one of the raw materials of modified ammonium oil explosive,is prone to float dust due to its own properties,Resulting in larger dust in the whole wood flour workshop,moreover,wood flour needs to be dried in a wood flour dryer,therefore,the wood flour dryer must be heated by steam to achieve the purpose of drying wood flour,this heat is easily distributed to the wood flour workshop,resulting in a higher temperature in the whole workshop environment,especially in summer,the temperature of the working environment is higher,it is easy for operators to suffer from heatstroke during their operation.Therefore,the company has improved the working environment of wood flour workshops and achieved good results.
