摘　　要：文章对全球城市吸引力、竞争力、创造力的构成、作用与相互关系进行分析。文章从全球城市迭代升级的背景出发,阐述了新趋势下此类城市吸引力、竞争力、创造力的作用与变化方向。文中明确了全球城市"三力"的主要内涵与核心要素,并对主要全球城市关于"三力"的理解进行了梳理,进而分析了相关城市把握全球经济转移机遇、提升城市软实力、塑造包容性制度环境、引领低碳可持续发展方向、提高城市创新体系水平、建构引领性人才培养集聚模式、推进城市经济转型、明确关键作用力释放空间,提升国际经济门户枢纽作用的"三力"推进措施,并对全球城市推动"三力"互动的特点与原则进行了归纳。This paper,based on the analysis of the components and impact of global cities’attraction,competitiveness and creativity,intends to state the interaction mode and development trends of these three factors of global cities.The upcoming upgrade of global cities has brought new meanings for their attraction,competitiveness and creativity.Firstly,the paper illustrates their core and the key factors as well as the main global cities’understanding of them.The overall research and case study have shown that the main measures to promote the attraction,competitiveness and creativity of global cities are as follows:adapting to the global shift,enhancing the city soft power,creating an inclusive environment and sustainable development mode,upgrading the urban creative system,forming the strategy to attract and develop talents,transforming economic structure,pinpointing the area of the key forces and strengthening the hub function.Besides,the characteristics and principles on how to propel the interaction of the attraction,competiveness and creativity are also summarized.
