摘　　要：使用混合研究方法,基于2014年中国家庭追踪调查数据,采用倾向值匹配法,分析了外出务工对农村人口婚姻满意度的影响及性别差异;使用质性资料对定量分析结果进行了佐证,并对相关影响机制进行了探讨。研究结果表明:总体上农村外出务工人员的婚姻满意度显著高于未外出者,并且存在性别差异,女性外出和未外出人口婚姻满意度差异不显著,而男性外出务工人员的婚姻满意度显著高于未外出者。形成这一结果的机制在于:当前农村婚姻成本的性别差异、外出后性别观念的变化和对生活艰辛更深切的体会。促进农村外出人口婚姻家庭的和谐稳定,更需要重视和提升外出务工女性的婚姻满意度。Using the mixed methodology,this paper examines the effect of going out as migrant workers on marital satisfaction among Chinese rural married residents and gender differences adopting data from China Family Panel Studies in 2014.Firstly,data were analyzed using propensity score matching analysis.Then qualitative data were used to support the quantitative analysis results and the related mechanism was discussed.The results demonstrate that migrant workers have more satisfactory marital relationships than non-migrant rural residents.The findings further show differences between males and females among the rural married residents.Rural migrant males are more satisfied with their marital relationships than non-migrant rural males.But there is no significant difference between migrant and non-migrant women regarding their marital satisfaction.The mechanism of this result lies in the gender difference in the cost of marriage in rural areas,the change of gender attitudes after going out for work,and the deeper understanding of the hardship of life.Based on the above analysis,it needs to pay more attention to improving female migrant workers’marital satisfaction if we want to promote migrant harmonious and stable of rural migrant marriage and family.
