摘  要:现今,由于人们饮食无节制,嗜食膏粱厚味、辛辣刺激之品,导致中焦"脾胃"失和,脾胃运化失司,湿热、痰饮内生,导致肥胖、2型糖尿病发病率逐年增高。限食(热量限制)是在保证机体营养的状态下,减少每日摄取的热量,从而减少脾胃负担,健运脾胃,在一定程度上可以延缓肥胖、2型糖尿病等脂质代谢紊乱疾病的发生发展。本文从"脾主运化"角度对限食疗法的中医机制进行探讨。Nowadays,because people like eating oily food,resulting in the coke"spleen and stomach"loss,which causes hot and humid,endogenous phlegm,which in turn leads to an increasing incidence of obesity and type 2 diabetes year by year.Restricted appetite(calorie restriction)as a natural therapy,is to ensure that the body's nutritional status,reduce the daily intake of calories,thereby reducing the spleen and stomach burden,strengthening the spleen and stomach to a certain extent,it can delay obesity,type 2 diabetes and other lipid metabolism disorder disease development.This paper discusses the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine from the perspective of"Spleen governing transportation and transformation".
