口服软坚汤配合中药烫疗治疗成人肘关节骨化性肌炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:综合分析口服软坚汤配合中药烫疗治疗成人肘关节骨化性肌炎的临床治疗效果。方法:选取本院(在2010年6月—2016年7月)收治的36例肘关节骨化性肌炎患者的一般资料,随机分为试验组(18例,应用口服吲哚美辛、维生素、口服软坚汤配合中药烫疗治疗方法)和对照组(18例,应用口服吲哚美辛及维生素治疗方法)。采用统计学分析两组肘关节骨化性肌炎患者的治疗效果。结果:试验组肘关节骨化性肌炎患者的治疗总有效率为94.94%(17/18,14例痊愈、3例有效、1例无效),对照组肘关节骨化性肌炎患者的治疗总有效率为72.22%(13/18,8例痊愈、5例有效、5例无效),试验组肘关节骨化性肌炎患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:口服软坚汤配合中药烫疗治疗成人肘关节骨化性肌炎的临床治疗效果良好。Objective:To analyze the curative effect of oral administration of Ruanjian Decoction(软坚汤)combined with Chinese medicine ironing in treating osteoarthritis of the elbow of adults comprehensively.Methods:From June 2010 to July 2016,36 patients with ossifying myositis of elbow joint were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group(n=18,oral indomethacin,vitamin,administration of Ruanjian Decoction(软坚汤)combined with Chinese medicine ironing treatment)and the control group(n=18,oral indomethacin and vitamin treatment).The therapeutic effect of two groups of patients with ossified myositis were analyzed statistically.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 94.94%(17/18,14 cases recovered,3 cases were effective,1 case was invalid)and that of the control group was 72.22%(13/18,8 cases were cured,5 cases were effective,5 cases were invalid),the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral administration of Ruanjian Decoction(软坚汤)combined with Chinese medicine ironing had good clinical effect in treating osteoarthritis of the elbow of adults.
