摘　　要：中医药在肿瘤辅助治疗方面素来具有优势,近年来随着临床研究,中医药"祛邪"法治疗肿瘤成为研究热点。陈树泉医师在肿瘤临床积累了丰富经验,本文阐述其在"有故无殒"理论指导下,把握以"痰湿"为主的病机,大胆运用大剂量半夏治疗肿瘤疾患,临床效果明显,论证从中医"祛邪"角度灵活运用"以毒攻毒"法治疗肿瘤疾病,发挥中医药治疗肿瘤的优势。Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has always been advantageous as a tumor adjuvant therapy.In recent years,with the clinical research,TCM"dispel evil spirits"has become a hot research topic in tumor treatment.Dr.Chen Shuquan has accumulated rich experience in clinical treatment of tumor,this paper expounds his experience of applying high doses of pinellia in the treatment of tumor diseases,which achieves significant clinical effect under the guidance of theories“to find out the root cause”,and grasping the pathogenesis of"phlegm wet"is given priority to,and arguments flexible treatment of tumor diseases from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine and highlights the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of tumor.
