补中益气汤加减治疗肿瘤性发热的临床效果观察与分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨与分析补中益气汤加减治疗肿瘤性发热的效果及安全性。方法:从本院2016年2月—2017年9月内接收的肿瘤性发热患者中,随机抽取46名患者,将其进行奇偶排序,奇数患者作为观察组,偶数患者作为对照组,均23例。对照组患者采用常规西医模式进行治疗,观察组患者采用补中益气汤加减治疗。对比两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况、复发情况。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组;观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组;观察组复发率低于对照组;比较结果有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:补中益气汤加减治疗能够缓解肿瘤性发热患者的临床症状,加快患者的退热速度,并且具有较高的安全性,值得在临床中推广使用。Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect and safety of modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)in treating tumor fever.Methods:46 patients with tumor fever treated in our hospital from February 2016 to September 2017 were randomly selected and divided according to their admission number.Odd number of patients were selected as the observation group and even number of patients as the control group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤).The treatment effect,adverse reactions and recurrence were compared between the two groups.Results:The total therapeutic efficiency of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group than that in the control group.The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The comparison results were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Buzhong Yiqi Decoction(补中益气汤)could alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients with tumor fever,accelerate the rate of patients'degenerative heat,and had high safety,which was worthy of being popularized in clinical use.
