养阴清肺法辅助治疗肺癌根治后慢性咳嗽的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:分析养阴清肺法辅助治疗肺癌根治后慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法:选择本院2016年12月—2017年12月接收80例肺癌根治后慢性咳嗽患者资料予以对比分析,按照随机数字法分成两组;对照组(40例)予以常规治疗,试验组(40例)法,对比两组临床疗效以及症状积分。结果:治疗后,试验组临床总有效率为95.00%显著高于对照组的77.50%,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);且试验组症状积分(1.00±0.10)分显著低于对照组的(2.50±0.30)分,比较差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:将养阴清肺法应用于肺癌根治手术后慢性咳嗽患者中,不仅可显著提升其治疗效率,且可显著改善其咳嗽以及咽干、咳痰等症状,值得临床推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of supplementing Yangyin Qingfei Decoction(养阴清肺汤)in the treatment of chronic cough after radical resection of lung cancer.Methods:Data of 80 patients with chronic cough after radical lung cancer treated in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017 were selected for comparison and analysis,and were divided into 2 groups according to the random number method.The control group(40 cases)was treated with conventional therapy and the experimental group(40 cases)were treated with adjuvant therapy of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction(养阴清肺汤).The clinical efficacy and symptom scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was 95.00%in the experimental group,which was significantly higher than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the symptom scores in the experimental group(1.00±0.10)were significantly lower than that of the control group(2.50±0.30).There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Yangyin Qingfei Decoction(养阴清肺汤)could not only significantly improve the treatment efficiency,but also significantly relieve their cough and symptoms such as dry throat and cough of patients with chronic cough after lung cancer surgery and it was worthy of clinical promotion.
