采用斜矢状位在MRI检查中显示膝关节前交叉韧带的应用探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨斜矢状位在MRI检查中对膝关节前交叉韧带的显示效果。方法:抽取我院收治的60例膝关节前交叉韧带受检人群,收治时间为2016年11月1日—2017年11月30日,对所有受检者均给予斜矢状位MRI检查,对其检查图像进行分析总结。结果:55例的前交叉韧带厚度低于5 mm,前交叉韧带直线形态达到54例;胫侧的附着为扫帚样征,两侧不存在扫帚样征象,股侧与两侧少见扫帚样征象,前交叉韧带边缘模糊,其中后缘最为模糊。结论:对膝关节前交叉韧带受检者采取斜矢状位MRI检查的效果显著,便于详细了解其病情,为疾病的诊断提供可靠的影像学资料。Objective:To explore the effect of oblique sagittal position on the anterior cruciate ligament of the knee in MRI examination.Methods:60 patients with knee anterior cruciate ligament admitted to and treated in our hospital from November 1,2016 to November 30,2017 were given oblique sagittal MRI,and the examination images were analyzed and summarized.Results:55 cases of anterior cruciate ligament were less than 5mm,and the anterior cruciate ligament was in 54 cases.The tibial side was attached to the broomstick,there are no broom-like signs on either side,the femoral side and the side were rare broom-like signs,the anterior cruciate ligament was blurred,and the trailing edge was the vaguest.Conclusion:MRI examination of the anterior cruciate ligament in the knee joint was remarkable,which was convenient for the diagnosis of the disease and provided reliable imaging information for the diagnosis of the disease.
