摘 要:为研制新型γ射线屏蔽材料,采用熔融淬火法制备了xGd_2O_3-(50-x)BaO-50P_2O_5(0≤x≤7mol%)系列玻璃样品,并经^(60)Co辐照源辐照,利用UV-Vis-NIR,Raman等分析技术研究了玻璃的光学特性和微观结构。结果表明,玻璃在γ射线辐照下产生了磷氧空穴中心(Ⅰ类色心),呈现棕色;Gd2O3能增强磷酸钡玻璃的抗γ辐照能力,玻璃中Gd_2O_3含量越高,γ射线辐照导致的色心数量越少;玻璃产生的色心数量会随着γ射线辐照剂量的增大而增加;Gd_2O_3加入降低了玻璃对可见光和近红外光的透过率;γ射线辐照使玻璃出现了光学吸收带损耗,玻璃在紫外到可见光区的透过率降低;玻璃样品的主要结构为Q2偏磷酸盐结构,伴有少量Q1焦磷酸盐和Q0正磷酸盐结构;玻璃微观网络结构在γ射线辐照下变化不明显。The x Gd 2O 3-(50-x)BaO-50P 2O 5(0≤x≤7 mol%)series of glass samples were prepared with melt quenching method to develop newγ-ray shielding materials and irradiated with 60 Co irradiation source.The light tra nsmission characteristics and microstructure of the glass were studied by UV-Vi s-nir and Raman.γ-ray irradiation makes the glass produce phosphorus oxygen hole center(classⅠcolor),presenting brown.The resistance of phosphate glas s toγirradiation was enhanced by Gd 2O 3.The higher the content of Gd 2O 3 in glass,the lower the number of color centers caused byγ-ray irradia tion.The transmittance on visible and near infrared light regions were reduced with the addition of Gd 2O 3.γ-ray irradiation causes the glass to exhibit op tical absorption band loss,and the transmittance of the glass in the ultraviol et to visible region is reduced.The glass samples are mainly based on Q 2 par tial phosphate structure,accompanied by Q 1 pyrophosphate and Q 0 orthophosp hate glass structure,andγ-ray irradiation has little effect on the microstr ucture of glass.
