中药加药用炭保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究中药加药用炭保留灌肠对慢性肾衰竭的影响。方法:选取2014年12月-2017年12月我院收治的慢性肾衰竭患者60例作为本次研究的对象,按照随机原则对患者进行抽签分组,均分为对照组与治疗组,每组各30例,两组患者均接受常规治疗,对照组患者使用传统中药水剂200mL进行睡前灌肠,保留1~2h,治疗组患者在传统中药水剂中加入药用炭50片碾碎,每日下午保留灌肠,保留1~2h,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果:对比两组治疗结果可见,治疗组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,而对比两组血液指标,发现治疗前两组患者的BUN、SCr、UA等指标并无显著差异,治疗后可见治疗组明显优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:中药加药用炭保留灌肠能够改善慢性肾衰竭的治疗效果,提高患者的生存质量,延续患者生命,值得临床推广。Objective:To study the effect of retention enema with TCM medicine plus medicinal charcoal on chronic renal failure.Methods:60 cases were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment plus retention enema with TCM medicine;the treatment group was given retention enema with TCM medicine plus medicinal charcoal motre.Results:The efficiency in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.There was no significant differences in BUN,SCr,UA and other indicators between groups;those were significantly better than the control group after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Retention enema with TCM medicine plus medicinal charcoal can improve the therapeutic effect of chronic renal failure and quality of life,continue the life of patients,is worthy of clinical promotion.
