摘　　要：目的:观察中医综合疗法治疗寒冷性荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法:将152例寒冷性荨麻疹患者随机分为治疗组(中医综合治疗组51例)和对照组,对照组有两组,分别是单纯中药组(51例)和单纯西药组(50例),三组患者1周复查1次,4周后判定临床疗效。结果:治疗组愈显率(96.08%)、总有效率(100.00%)、不良反应发生率(1.96%)及复发率(5.26%)与对照两组分别比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中医综合疗法治疗寒冷性荨麻疹有较好的临床疗效,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the TCM therapy on urticaria of cold.Methods:152 patients were divided into three groups by random principle.51 cases in the simple TCM medicine group were given TCM medicine,and 50 cases in the simple western group were given western medicine.51 cases in the treatment group were given the TCM therapy.Results:The good improvement rate was 96.08%;the total efficacy was 100.00%;the incidence of adverse reactions was 1.96%and the recurrence rate was 5.26%in the treatment group,better than those in the control groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The TCM therapy on urticaria of cold has a good curative effect,and is worthy of clinical application.
