高频电刀点状电凝联合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗重度肛门湿疹的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:观察高频电刀点状电凝联合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗重度肛门湿疹的治疗效果。方法:将48例患者按入院先后顺序进行编号,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组25例,对照组23例;治疗组采用高频电刀点状电凝联合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗,对照组采用肛周皮下神经末梢离断术治疗。结果:治疗组患者治疗总有效率为92.0%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为69.6%,治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论:采用高频电刀点状电凝联合亚甲蓝局部封闭治疗重度肛门湿疹的方式,具有更好的治疗效果。Objective:To observe clinical effects of high frequency electrocoagulation plus methylene blue local closure on severe anal eczema.Methods:48 patients with severe anus eczema were numbered according to the order of admission.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,25 cases in each.The treatment group was treated with high frequency electrocoagulation plus methylene blue local closure.The control group was treated with perianal subcutaneous nerve end dissection.Results:The total effective rate in the treatment group was 92%,and that in the control group was 69.6%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:High frequency electrocoagulation plus methylene blue local closure on severe anal eczema was more effective.
