温针灸治疗中风后下肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果及日常生活能力影响观察

摘　　要：目的:分析温针灸治疗中风后下肢痉挛性瘫痪的临床效果及日常生活能力影响观察。方法:择本院2015年11月-2017年11月接收的110例中风后下肢发生痉挛性瘫痪的患者资料,按治疗方式分研究组(55例)、对照组(55例);对照组行传统针刺疗法,研究组以温针灸法实施治疗,比对两组临床效果、日常生活能力。结果:研究组Ashworth中下肢评分为(7.35±1.12)分,低于对照组的(11.93±2.30)分(P <0.05);研究组Barthel指数是(78.83±6.97)分,高于对照组(P <0.05);且研究组的Fugl-Meryer评分优于对照组,比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中风后下肢痉挛性瘫痪应用温针灸治疗,临床效果显著,可提升患者日常生活能力。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of warm acupuncture on lower extremity spastic paralysis after stroke and daily living ability.Methods:110 patients were divided into the study group(55 cases)and control group(55 cases).The control group was given traditional acupuncture.The Study group was treated by warm acupuncture.Results:In the study group,the lower limb score of Ashworth was(7.35±1.12),and lower than(11.93±2.30)in the control group(P<0.05).The Barthel index in the study group was(78.83±6.97),and higher than the control group(P<0.05).The Fugl-Meryer score in the study group was superior to the control group;the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Warm acupuncture on lower extremity spastic paralysis after stroke shows a significant effect,can improve the daily living ability.
