电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘的临床效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月来我院内科消化、中医科就诊的盆底功能障碍型便秘患者76例为研究对象,随机分成实验组和对照组。实验组给予电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈治疗,对照组给予生物反馈治疗,比较两组患者治疗后总有效率及肛管测压结果。结果:经过治疗后实验组总有效率明显高于对照组(P <0.05);实验组肛管测压结果显示盆底肌群的协调控制能力明显比对照组恢复的好(P <0.05)。结论:电针刺激双天枢穴联合生物反馈对治疗盆底功能障碍型便秘效果更好,值得推广应用。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus biofeedback on pelvic floor dysfunction constipation.Methods:76 cases were divided into two groups.The experimental group was given electroacupuncture of double Tianshu point(天枢穴)plus biofeedback therapy;the control group was given biofeedback therapy.The total efficacy and anorectal manometry in groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The coordinated control ability of pelvic floor muscles in the experimental group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electroacupuncture of double Tianshu point plus biofeedback shows a better effect,is worthy of popularization and application.
