针灸治疗坐骨神经痛临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针灸治疗坐骨神经痛的临床效果。方法:选择2016年9月-2017年9月在本院接受治疗的80例坐骨神经痛患者为此次研究对象,根据奇偶数分组法将其分为两组。采用尼美舒利片口服治疗患者为西医组(40例),使用针灸治疗的患者为针灸组(40例);对比两组患者的治疗总有效率、治疗前后痛阈值变化以及临床症状(腰部疼痛、坐骨神经分区域痛、咳嗽时疼痛加剧)疼痛程度评分情况。结果:经治疗后针灸组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,明显优于西医组,P <0.05;治疗前两组患者的痛阈值差异并不显著,P> 0.05;治疗3个疗程后针灸组痛阈值总升幅度明显高于西医组,P <0.05;两组患者治疗前的各临床症状评分差异并不显著,无统计学意义(P> 0.05);经治疗后,针灸组患者的腰部疼痛、坐骨神经分区域痛、咳嗽时疼痛加剧评分均优于西医组,P <0.05。结论:对于坐骨神经痛患者,实施针灸治疗的效果显著,可改善临床症状,升高痛阈值,值得在今后临床中推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture on sciatica.Methods:80 patients were divided into two groups according to odd and even grouping method.The western medicine group was given Nimesulide tablets;the acupuncture group was treated by acupuncture.The total efficiency,the change of pain threshold and the score of clinical symptoms(lumbar pain,sciatic nerve pain and cough pain aggravation)were compared between groups.Results:The total efficiency in the acupuncture group was 95.00%,and significantly better than the western medicine group(P<0.05).The total increase of pain threshold in the acupuncture group after three courses of treatment was significantly higher than the western medicine group(P<0.05).The scores of lumbar pain,sciatic nerve pain and cough pain aggravation in the acupuncture group were better than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture is effective on sciatica,can improve clinical symptoms and raise pain threshold,is worth popularizing in the future.
