半夏厚朴汤联合制酸药治疗反流性咽喉炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究反流性咽喉炎患者使用半夏厚朴汤联合制酸药治疗临床效果观察。方法:资料随机选取本院2015年6月-2016年12月诊治88例反流性咽喉炎患者作为本次观察对象,按照诊疗先后顺序登记分为观察组和对照组,各44例,对照组使用制酸药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用半夏厚朴汤,对两组治疗效果、不良反应以及治疗前后RSI、RFS评分进行比较。结果:观察组治疗总有效率(97.7%)高于对照组(86.3%),两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),观察组不良反应率(6.8%)低于对照组(20.5%),两组差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),两组治疗前后RSI、RFS评分比较中治疗前评分比较差异无意义(P> 0.05),两组治疗后评分差异有意义(P <0.05)。结论:对反流性咽喉炎患者使用半夏厚朴汤联合制酸药进行治疗,能够提高临床上治疗效果,减少不良反应发生。Objective:To investigate clinical efficacy of the Banxia Houpo decoction(半夏厚朴汤)plus antacid on laryngopharyngeal reflux disease.Methods:88 cases were divided into two groups,44 cases in each.The control group was given antacid;and the observation group was given the Banxia Houpo decoction more.Results:The total efficiency in the observation group was 97.7%,higher than 86.3%in the control group,P<0.05.Adverse reaction rate was 6.8%in the observation group,lower than 20.5%in the control group,P<0.05.There was no significant difference of RSI and RFS scores between before and after treatment in two groups,P>0.05.After treatment,There was a statistically significant difference in scores between the two groups,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Banxia Houpo decoction plus antacid on laryngopharyngeal reflux disease shows a good effect,with less adverse reactions.
