个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者生活质量的影响效果。方法:以2015年4月-2016年4月接受治疗的60例放化疗肺癌患者作为主要的研究对象,用随机数字表法将其分成观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组患者采用常规的护理模式进行护理服务,观察组患者采用个性化护理模式进行护理,对比两组患者护理后生活质量的评分。结果:观察组患者的生活质量的各项指标,即生理功能、情感功能、社会功能都要明显高于对照组,两组患者的情况比较存在明显的差异,具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:个性化护理对放化疗肺癌患者的生活质量具有一定的积极影响,肺癌患者在接受放化疗期间,予以有效的个性化护理干预,可以在很大程度上改善患者的生活质量,其效果非常显著,在临床上的价值也非常高,值得推广应用。Objective:To analyze the effect of individuation nursing on the quality of life in patients with lung cancer treated by radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Methods:60 patients with lung cancer who received chemotherapy and chemotherapy from April 2015 to April 2016 were selected as the main subjects.They were divided into the observation group and control group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by routine nursing.The observation group was treated by personalized nursing.Results:The indicators of quality of life in the observation group,including physiological function,emotional function,and social function,were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing has a certain positive impact on the quality of life of lung cancer patients undergoing radiotherapy and chemotherapy.Patients with lung cancer who receive effective personalized nursing intervention during radiotherapy and chemotherapy can greatly improve the quality of life.Significantly,the clinical value is also very high,it is worth promoting.
