摘　　要：第5掌骨颈骨折多为握拳时掌骨头受到冲击的传达暴力所致,好发于青年人。目前保守疗法对于该类骨折仍然被广泛首选。保守治疗固定方法颇具争议,常用的外固定治疗方法有屈曲位、伸直位、功能位,以屈曲位固定最常用,固定材料包括石膏、小夹板、外固定支架等。如何选择合适的外固定仍存在争议,本文将就第5掌骨颈骨折外固定的研究进展进行综述。Neck fracture of fifth metacarpal bone is mostly caused by the transmission of violence to the palm bone when holding a fist,it occurs mostly in young people.Conservative treatment is still widely preferred for such fractures.The fixed method of conservative treatment is controversial,the most commonly used external fixation methods are flexion,extension and functional position,and flexion fixation is the most commonly used method,fixation materials include plaster,splint,external fixator and so on.How to choose suitable external fixator is still controversial,the research progress of external fixation of neck fracture of fifth metacarpal bone is reviewed in this paper.
