中药膏方质量控制研究及对策

摘　　要：目的:探讨膏方制作中质量控制方面出现的问题,提出解决方案。方法:通过对本院3年来制作的膏方质量及应用情况进行研究,对膏方开具、制膏程序、回访服用膏方的患者,对比膏方质量差异,以持续改进膏方制作。结果:在膏方制作中进行质量控制,可以提高膏方的质量及疗效,减少不良反应。Objective:To explore the problems in quality control during production of ointmen,and to propose solutions.Methods:The quality and application of ointment made in our hospital in three years were studied,we analyzed the prescribe and procedure of the ointment,and visited the patients taking the ointmentm,we compared the quality difference between the ointment,in order to continuously improve the production of ointment.Results:Quality control in the preparation of ointment can improve the quality and efficacy of the ointment,and reduce adverse reactions.
