摘　　要：目的:探讨经腹腹腔镜处理输尿管中段结石合并严重感染的效果。方法:收治输尿管中段结石继发肾感染患者25例,均采用经腹腹腔镜治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:治疗后,降钙素原及中性粒细胞无升高,无患者再次继发感染,均1次取出结石。结论:经腹腹腔镜处理输尿管中段结石合并严重感染的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of transabdominal laparoscopic treatment for middle ureteral calculi with severe infection.Methods:25 patients with middle ureteral calculi and severe infection were selected,they were treated by abdominal laparoscopy,we observed the therapeutic effect.Results:After treatment,procalcitonin and neutrophils did not elevate,no patients had secondary infection,stones were removed at once.Conclusion:The effect of transabdominal laparoscopic treatment for middle ureteral calculi with severe infection was significant.
