腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术临床治疗效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的临床治疗效果。方法:收治上消化道穿孔患者43例,分为两组,试验组22例,对照组21例。对照组给予传统开腹手术治疗,试验组给予腹控镜上消化道穿孔修补术治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果:试验组手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、住院时间、并发症发生率优于对照组,治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜上消化道穿孔修补术的临床治疗效果显著。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair.Methods:43 cases of patients with upper gastrointestinal perforation were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,and the experiment group was treated with laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair,the clinical effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,postoperative drainage,hospitalization time and complication rate of the experiment group were lower than those of the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of laparoscopic upper gastrointestinal perforation repair was remarkable.
