中药熏洗联合外剥内扎术加后位扩肛治疗重度环状嵌顿混合痔的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药熏洗联合外剥内扎术加后位扩肛治疗重度环状嵌顿混合痔的临床疗效。方法:收治重度环状嵌顿混合痔患者156例,给予中药熏洗联合外剥内扎术加后位扩肛治疗,观察治疗效果。结果:所有患者均治愈,治愈时间25～40 d。术后出血少。随访8个月～6年无复发。结论:中药熏洗联合外剥内扎术加后位扩肛治疗重度环状嵌顿混合痔的临床疗效显著,复发率低。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with external stripping and internal ligation and posterior anal dilatation in the treatment of severe circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoids.Methods:156 cases of patients with severe circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoids were treated with herbal fumigation combined with external stripping and internal ligation and posterior anal dilatation,the clinical effect was observed.Results:All patients were cured and the cure time was 25 to 40 days.Postoperative bleeding was less.There was no recurrence in the following up for eight months to six years.Conclusion:The clinical effect of herbal fumigation combined with external stripping and internal ligation and posterior anal dilatation in the treatment of severe circumferential incarcerated hemorrhoids was significant and the recurrence rate was low.
