中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征的随机对照双盲临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价中西医结合治疗难治性肾病综合征(RNS)的临床有效性及安全性。方法:收治RNS患者69例,随机均分为治疗组35例(基础治疗+中药)和对照组34例(基础治疗+安慰剂)。比较两组相关指标并观察不良反应。结果:治疗后治疗组血浆白蛋白升高,尿蛋白明显减少,血脂逐渐下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在尿蛋白、血浆白蛋白、血脂方面对照组与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。中药治疗组总有效率为88.57%,高于对照组的58.82%,两组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗RNS有显著疗效,不良反应少。Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of refractory nephrotic syndrome(RNS).Methods:69 patients with RNS were randomly divided into the treatment group(basic treatment+traditional Chinese medicine)and the control group(basic treatment+placebo).We compared the related indicators and observed the adverse reactions of the two groups.Results:After treatment,the urine protein of the treatment group was significantly reduced,plasma albumin increased,blood lipids gradually decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were significant differences in urine protein,plasma albumin and blood lipid between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Chinese medicine treatment group was 88.57%higher than that of the control group(58.82%).The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment of RNS has significant efficacy and reduces adverse reactions.
