当归补血加味汤治疗老年难治性胃溃疡的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨当归补血加味汤治疗老年难治性胃溃疡的效果。方法:收治老年难治性胃溃疡患者68例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组34例。对照组采用西药治疗,研究组采用西药联合中药当归补血加味汤治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组不良反应发生率和治疗效果均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:当归补血加味汤治疗老年难治性胃溃疡的效果显著。Objective:To explore the effect of Dang Gui Bu Xue Jia Wei Decoction in the treatment of refractory gastric ulcer in elderly patients.Methods:68 elderly patients with refractory gastric ulcer were selected,they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group.The control group was treated with western medicine,the study group was treated with western medicine combined with Dang Gui Bu Xue Jia Wei Decoction,we compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the incidence of adverse reactions and treatment effects were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Dang Gui Bu Xue Jia Wei Decoction in the treatment of refractory gastric ulcer in elderly patients was significant.
