正常O型人血清ABO血型抗体的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨正常O型人血清ABO血型的抗体的主要类别。方法:分别采用盐水介质法、间接抗人球蛋白法对O型、A型、B型正常人血清中的IgM/IgG类抗A、抗B的效价进行测定。结果:正常O型人IgM类中的抗A、抗B的效价与A、B型正常人比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),IgG类抗A、抗B的效价则优于A、B型正常人(P<0.05);正常O型人血清中的IgM类中的抗A、抗B的效价优于IgG类抗A、抗B的效价(P<0.05),正常O型人血清中的IgM/IgG类抗A、抗B的效价比值优于A、B型正常人(P<0.05)。结论:O型正常人中ABO血型抗体主要以IgM类为主,但其IgG类在血清中所占的比例及抗体效价要明显高于A、B型正常人。Objective:To explore the main categories of normal O type human serum ABO blood group antibody.Methods:The titers of IgM/IgG class anti A,anti B in serum of O type,A type and B type normal subjects were determined by saline medium method and indirect antiglobulin method.Results:There was no significant difference in the titers of anti A and anti B in normal type O human IgM class with A and B type normal persons(P>0.05),the titers of anti A and anti B in IgG class were superior to those of A and B normal persons(P<0.05).The titers of anti A and anti B in normal type O human IgM class were superior to the titers of anti A and anti B in IgG class(P<0.05),the titer ratio of anti A and anti B in normal type O human serum IgM/IgG class were better than A and B type normal people(P<0.05).Conclusion:In type O normal persons,ABO blood group antibodies were mainly IgM,however,the proportion of IgG class in serum and antibody titer were significantly higher than those of A and B type normal persons.
