摘　　要：目的:探讨中心静脉导管胸腔内置管引流治疗胸腔积液的护理体会。方法:收治胸腔积液患者80例,随机分为两组,每组40例。两组均给予中心静脉导管胸腔内置管引流治疗,对照组给予常规围手术期与术后护理,试验组在对照组基础上给予综合护理,比较两组临床疗效、引流管异常事件发生率。结果:试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,引流管异常事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中心静脉导管胸腔内置管引流治疗胸腔积液的患者采取全面护理干预的效果显著,能够显著提升整体治疗效果,降低引流管异常事件的发生率。Objective:To explore the nursing experience of intrathoracic tube by central venous catheter in the treatment of pleural effusion.Methods:80 cases of patients with pleural effusion were divided into two groups randomly.Both groups were treated with intrathoracic tube by central venous catheter,the control group was given routine perioperative and postoperative nursing,the experiment group was given comprehensive nursing on the basis of the control group,the clinical effect,the incidence of abnormal events of drainage tube between the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experiment group was higher than that of the control group,and the incidence of abnormal events of drainage tube was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intrathoracic tube by central venous catheter in the treatment of patients with pleural effusion given comprehensive nursing had significant effect,which could improve the overall treatment effect significantly and reduce the incidence of abnormal events of drainage tube.
