摘　　要：目的:探讨集束护理联合中频治疗白血病化疗后便秘的疗效。方法:收治化疗的白血病患者120例,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各60例。干预组采用集束护理联合中频治疗,对照组采用常规护理,比较两组排便情况。结果:干预组便秘发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束护理联合中频治疗白血病化疗后便秘的疗效显著。Objective:To explore the efficacy of cluster nursing combined with intermediate frequency therapy for constipation after chemotherapy for leukemia.Methods:120 patients with leukemia who received chemotherapy were selected,they were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group.The intervention group was treated with cluster nursing combined with intermediate frequency,the control group was treated with routine nursing,we compared the defecation of the two groups.Results:The incidence of constipation in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of cluster nursing combined with intermediate frequency therapy for constipation after chemotherapy for leukemia was significant.
