摘　　要：目的:探讨老年冠心病患者接受无缝隙护理对其心绞痛改善情况、预后及护理满意度的影响。方法:收治老年冠心病患者100例,分为对照组和试验组。对照组采用常规化护理,试验组采用无缝隙护理,比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组心绞痛改善情况、预后情况、护理满意度均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:老年冠心病患者接受无缝隙护理干预,能有效改善心绞痛及预后,提高护理服务满意度。Objective:To explore the effect of seamless nursing on the improvement of angina pectoris,prognosis and nursing satisfaction in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:100 elderly patients with coronary heart disease were selected,they were divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the experimental group was given seamless nursing care,we compared the nursing effects of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the improvement of angina pectoris,prognosis and nursing satisfaction were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Seamless nursing intervention for elderly patients with coronary heart disease can effectively improve angina pectoris and prognosis,and improve the satisfaction of nursing service.
