摘　　要：急性消化道出血是严重威胁人类生命的急重症,急诊内镜下止血在临床上已被越来越普遍地采用,成为急性消化道出血止血治疗中重要的组成部分。目前内镜下钛夹止血术被广泛接受、肯定和使用。其快速、微创、安全的优势较其他止血方式越来越多地体现在临床急诊工作中。诸多患者因此受益。本文就急诊内镜下钛夹止血术的医护配合及围手术期的专科护理进行总结。Acute digestive tract hemorrhage is a severe and acute disease that seriously threatens human life.Emergency endoscopic hemostasis has been more and more commonly used in clinical work.At present,endoscopic titanium hemostasis is widely accepted,confirmed and used.Its rapid,minimally invasive and safe advantages are more and more reflected in the clinical emergency work than other hemostasis methods.Many patients benefit from this hemostasis.This paper summarizes the medical cooperation and perioperative nursing of titanium clip hemostasis under emergency endoscope.
