摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭医生签约式干预对社区高血压患者血压控制效果及服药依从性的影响。方法:收治社区高血压患者78例,分为参照组和观察组,每组各39例。参照组采用一般干预,观察组采用家庭医生签约式干预,比较两组治疗效果。结果:干预后,观察组舒张压、收缩压、服药依从性及合理饮食和肢体锻炼均优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:应用家庭医生签约方式对社区高血压患者进行干预,能有效控制收缩压与舒张压,提高服药依从性,促进健康生活习惯的养成。Objective:To explore the effect of family doctor contract intervention on blood pressure control and medication compliance in hypertensive patients in community.Methods:78 patients with hypertension in the community were selected,they were divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was given general intervention and the observation group was given family doctor contract intervention,we compared the therapeutic effects between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,medication compliance,reasonable diet and physical exercise in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of family doctor contract intervention on community hypertension patients can effectively control systolic and diastolic blood pressure,improve drug compliance and promote the development of healthy living habits.
