摘 要:目的:探讨新入职护士的护理不良事件防范培训体系。方法:选择护士100名,分别采取传统培训模式和护理不良事件防范培训体系,对比实施前后护士的业务能力评分、护理不良事件发生率。结果:实施后护士的理论考核得分和实操考核得分均高于实施前(P<0.05);随访6个月,实施后共出现23件护理不良事件,实施前总共出现67件护理不良事件。结论:护理不良事件防范培训体系的建立和实施,有助于提高新入职护士的业务能力,减少护理不良事件发生。Objective:To explore the construction of preventive training system for nursing adverse events for new nurses.Methods:100 nurses were selected,they received traditional training models and preventive training system for nursing adverse events for new nurses respectively,we compared the nurses'professional ability score and the incidence of nursing adverse events before and after the implementation.Results:After implementation,the scores of theoretical examination and practical assessment of nurses were higher than those before implementation(P<0.05).Follow up for 6 months,there were 23 cases of nursing adverse events after implementation,a total of 67 cases of nursing adverse events occurred before the implementation.Conclusion:The establishment and implementation of preventive training system for nursing adverse events for new nurses will help improve the professional competence of new nurses and reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events.
