推进新生代农民工政治意识文明建设的机制创新

摘　　要：社会主义政治文明有着完全不同于其他政治文明形态的本质特征,是社会主义民主政治的重要优势。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,新生代农民工逐渐成长为全面建成小康社会和开启社会主义现代化新征程的重要力量。提升新生代农民工政治意识文明建设水平既是推进新生代农民工政治文明建设的关键,也是改进社会治理方式、推进农村剩余劳动力市民化、实现乡村振兴的重要工程。以机制创新推进新生代农民工的政治意识文明建设,需要政府、社会和新生代农民工积极发挥各自的主体性优势,实现协同发力。具体而言,要着力完善以制度化运行为重点的维权机制、以有效性传递为重点的表达机制和以政治能力为重点的培训机制。Socialist political civilization,with its essential characteristics totally different from other forms of political civilization,is an important advantage of socialist democratic politics.Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the new generation of migrant workers has gradually grown into an important force for building a well-off society in an all-round way and open-ing a new journey of socialist modernization.Promoting the level of political consciousness civilization construction of the new generation of migrant workers is not only the key to promote the political civilization construction of the new generation of migrant workers,but also an important project to improve urban and rural social governance,promote the urbanization of rural surplus labor force and realize rural revitalization.To promote the political consciousness and civilization construction of the new generation of migrant workers by mecha-nism innovation,the government,the society and the new generation of migrant workers need to actively play their respective subjectivi-ty advantages to achieve synergy.Specifically,it is imperative to improve the mechanism of safeguarding rights with emphasis on institu-tionalized operation,the mechanism of expression with emphasis on effective transmission,and the mechanism of training with emphasis on political ability.
