双组分清漆在溶剂型三涂一烘汽车涂装工艺上的应用

摘　　要：为改善使用单组分(1K)清漆时的车身漆膜外观缺陷(如橘皮、鲜映性差等)而引入双组分(2K)清漆。对在溶剂型三涂一烘工艺中引入2K清漆时遇到的问题进行了探讨,发现在中涂后增加一道预烘工序以及将清漆的成膜方式调整为一次成膜可以获得外观质量很好的漆膜。A two-component(2K)clear coat paint was adopted as a substitute for the previously used one-component(1K)clear coat paint to eliminate the finish defects on car body such as orange peel and poor DOI(distinctness of image).Some problems occurred during the period of introducing the 2K clear coat paint into a solvent-type 3C1B(three-coat-one-bake)process were discussed.It was found that the clear coat is good in appearance by adding a pre-heating procedure after midcoat painting and spraying the clear coat paint for only one time.
