世界乡村治理的主流模式及隐性机制研究

摘　　要：本文基于城市空间理论的视角,将世界乡村治理行为从个性的层面将划分为平行模式与两栖模式两种主流模式,从共性的层面将其划分为重整机制与综合机制两种隐性机制。在此基础上,结合中国乡村治理现状,明确了"田园性"的应有边界,增强了人们对"田园性"乡村发展目标的自信;为乡村建设"田园性"这个目标的顺利达成,拓展了一条隐性通道,并将其融入了新的"田园综合体"这个具有战略意义的重要载体;提出走以"田园性"为取向的"规模化"和"生态化"乡村治理之路。Based on the perspective of urban space theory,this paper divides the world’s rural governance behavior from the individual level into two parallel modes,“parallel mode”and“amphibious mode”.From the common level,it is divided into two kinds of implicit mechanisms,“reorganization mechanism”and“integrated mechanism”.Facing the challenges of rural governance practice in China,the contributions of this paper are as follows.Firstly,it clarifies the proper boundaries of“idyllic”and enhances people's confidence in the“idyllic”rural development goals.Secondly,for the successful achievement of the goal of“idyllic”rural construction in China,it has expanded a hidden passage and integrated it into the new“idyllic complex”,an important carrier of strategic significance.Thirdly,the“scale”and“ecological”rural governance roads oriented toward“idyllic”are the most benevolent revelations that the world has given us.
