摘　　要：通过铅笔硬度、十字网格刮擦、色牢度测试,研究了聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)对聚碳酸酯(PC)/丙烯腈–苯乙烯–丙烯酸酯塑料(ASA)/PMMA合金的耐刮擦性能的影响,并分析了PC/ASA/PMMA合金的耐刮擦机理。结果表明,PMMA的加入可以有效地提高合金的铅笔硬度和光泽度,但PMMA含量超过10份后,会引起合金的冲击强度降低;PMMA的含量越高,PC/ASA/PMMA合金色牢度的光泽度变化率和摩擦棉布的沾色程度越高,合金的耐磨损性越差。The effects of poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA)on the scratch resistance of polycarbonate(PC)/acrylonitrile styrene acrylic acid copolymer(ASA)/PMMA alloys were studied through pencil hardness test,cross grid scratch test and color fastness test.The scratch resistance mechanism of the blends was also analyzed.The results show that the addition of PMMA can effectively improve the surface hardness and gloss of the alloy,but when the addition amount is more than 10 phr,the impact strength of the alloy reduces.The higher the content of PMMA is,the higher the change rate of the gloss of the PC/ASA/PMMA alloy is,the higher the staining degree of the friction cotton cloth is,the worse the wear resistance of the material is.
