摘  要:以高性能特种工程塑料聚醚醚酮(PEEK)为基体,采用正交试验法研究了短切碳纤维(SCF)、纳米SiO2、聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)三种填料对PEEK基复合材料摩擦学性能的影响,并对磨损形貌和摩擦转移膜进行观察和分析。通过正交分析优化数据,得到当PEEK/SCF/纳米SiO2/PTFE的质量比为65/15/5/15时,所制备的复合材料的摩擦系数和比磨损率最低,此时多元组分的PEEK复合材料的摩擦系数为0.17,相比于纯PEEK降低了55.3%;比磨损率降低至0.32×10–6 mm3/(N·m),相比于纯PEEK降低了93.3%;拉伸强度为95.8 MPa,高于纯PEEK 13.4%。此成分配比下的PEEK复合材料耐磨性能达到最佳,其主要磨损机制为磨粒磨损。The effect of three fillers of short carbon fiber(SCF),nano SiO2 and polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)on the tribological properties of PEEK composites was investigated by orthogonal test.The wear morphology and friction transfer films were observed by means of SEM.It is found that when the mass ratio of PEEK,SCF,nano SiO2 and PTFE is 65/15/5/15,the composites possessed the lowest friction coefficient and specific wear rate,the friction coefficient of the multi-component PEEK composite is 0.17,which is 55.3%lower than that of pure PEEK,the specific wear rate is 0.32×10–6 mm3/N·m,which is 93.3%lower than that of pure PEEK,and the tensile strength is 95.8 MPa,which is 13.4%higher than that of pure PEEK.The PEEK composite of this composition has the best wear resistance,and the main wear mechanism is abrasive wear.
