摘  要:以聚己内酯(PCL)/二氯甲烷(DCM)和PCL/DCM/乙醇为喷雾母液,乙醇和乙醇/水溶液为抗溶剂,采用抗溶剂中的静电喷雾方法制备不同尺寸和形貌的PCL微颗粒。分别采用扫描电子显微镜和差示扫描量热仪对产品颗粒进行形貌和热表征。结果表明,通过对抗溶剂的调控能够调节母液液滴溶剂的去除/蒸发速率来制备不同形貌的颗粒,包括表面光滑实心球状颗粒、表面粗糙实心球状颗粒、表面粗糙实心不规则颗粒、串珠状颗粒和碗状颗粒等。此外,抗溶剂中静电喷雾产品颗粒的熔点及结晶度与原料相比均无明显变化。这些不同形貌的PCL微颗粒可在医药工业领域用作药物的载体,具有重要的用途。The poly(ε-caprolactone)(PCL)micro-particles were prepared using the electrospraying in anti-solvent with PCL/dichloromethane(DCM)and PCL/DCM/ethanol solutions as mother solution and ethanol and ethanol/water solutions as antisolvent.The SEM and DSC were used to characterize the morphology and thermal property of the product particles.The results show that the rate of solvent removal/evaporation be adjusted by using different anti-solvent to prepare product particles with different morphologies including solid spherical particles with smooth surface,solid irregular shape particles with smooth surface,solid irregular shape particles with coarse surface,bead-like particles and bowl-like particles.The melting point and crystallinity for the product particles from the electrospraying in anti-solvent do not show significant change compared to the raw material.The product PCL micro-particles can be used as carrier for drugs in the field of pharmaceutical industry.
