摘  要:选用4种多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为增强材料,采用超声分散的方法将MWNTs分散到溶剂中,然后加入3,3′,4,4′-联苯四甲酸二酐、均苯四甲酸二酐和二氨基二苯醚通过原位聚合反应得到聚酰亚胺(PI)/碳纳米管(MWN-Ts)模塑粉,并通过热压成型工艺制备了PI/MWNTs复合材料试样。采用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪、热重分析仪、拉伸试验机和滑动摩擦试验机等分别对复合材料的分子结构、热稳定性、力学性能以及摩擦系数等进行表征。结果表明,长度为10~30μm的长羧基MWNTs增强的PI/MWNTs复合材料的拉伸强度、断裂伸长率分别为108.85MPa,4.50%,较纯PI分别提高26%,23.6%,摩擦系数为0.24,比纯PI下降25%,力学性能和耐磨性能明显增加。Four kinds of multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWNTs),such as carboxyl multi-walled carbon nanotubes and multiwalled carbon nanotubes were selected as reinforced materials,the MWNTs were dispersed in the solvent by ultrasonic dispersion,and then 3,3′4,4′-biphenyltetracarboxylic dianhydride(BPDA),pyromellitic dianhydride(PMDA)and 4,4′-diaminodiphenyl ether(ODA)were added to obtain a carbon nanotube/polyimide(PI/MWNTs)molding powder via in-situ polymerization,and various carbon nanotubes/polyimides(PI/MWNTs)were prepared via a hot-press technology.The molecular structure,thermal stability and mechanical properties of the composites were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer,thermogravimetric analyzer,universal tensile testing machine,and sliding friction tester.The results show that the tensile strength,elongation at break and friction coefficient of MWNTs/PI composites reinforcied by carboxylated carbon nanotubes with the length of 10–30μm are 108.85 MPa and 4.5%,respectively,and compared with pure PI,those of MWNTs/PI composites are increased by 26%,23.6%and the friction coefficient is 0.24 and is decreased by 25%,respectively.The mechanical properties and the friction coefficient are significantly increased.
